Take a small or medium pot & fill it with water, making sure it is full but not overflowing.

Add 2 (small pot)–3 (medium pot)tea bag size spoons of your yoni steam blend into the pot.
Allow the herbs to steep in cool water for 30 minutes. Then bring the water to a boil & turn off  heat.

Create a comfortable space where you can sit over the pot & relax. You can use a yoni steam chair, a wooden box with an opening, or another setup that allows you to sit comfortably while keeping the steam contained.

You can use a covering, such as a long dress or cloth, to help keep the steam inside & aligned with your body.

Before sitting over the steam, always check the temperature to make sure it is comfortable & not too hot. Do not sit over steam that feels like it could burn you.

Once the temperature feels right, position yourself comfortably over the pot, relax, & injoy your yoni steam witchual.

Because the vaginal tissues are sensitive, it’s important that anyone doing a steam makes sure the steam is warm & comfortable rather than hot.
